Shipping Information

At Deux Derme, we offer promotions for complimentary standard U.S. shipping and a number of flat fee-based domestic options for quicker service. Simply select the appropriate shipping option during checkout.

Free Domestic Shipping
At Deux Derme we will offer free standard shipping promotions to destinations within the U.S. from time to time.  Although we are waiving this fee, the shipping and handling costs are being incurred by Deux Derme.  In the event of a product return, our incurred costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.  Please see our Returns & Exchanges tab for more details.

Deux Derme Takes Satisfaction Seriously

Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one within 30 days of purchase.

We Have a Few Reasonable Guidelines to Follow:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the order date
  • We cannot accept returns on overly used products
  • Products must have been purchased from DeuxDerme.com (our website or representatives via phone/chat).  We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange

If you decide you’d like to make a return or exchange for another product, please email our customer support team at support(at)deuxderme.com to receive an RMA code and the return address.  It’s necessary to include the code when you ship it back to us, so we can properly process the product.  We can’t accept a return without the package having that code.

 

Subscribe and Save Program

Register for our complimentary Subscribe and Save auto-replenishment program and receive the following benefits:

  • Save 10%-25% on each product
  • Your favorite products will automatically be shipped to you either monthly or every 3 months depending on your order and billed to the credit card on file
  • Free Shipping
  • Convenient, No-Hassle re-ordering and billing to your credit card
  • Prices on your favorite prices are locked in and will never go up (we do have to raise our prices from time to time, but Subscribe and Save members always pay their original low price)

Each month, we will rush you a fresh bottle of Deux Derme so that you never run out of supply.  You will be charged the same amount as your initial Subscribe and Save purchase which is 10-25% off our regular price.  This will include shipping
and handling.  We will charge the method of payment you use on your order (credit card, debit card, or electronic check) for future shipments.  For example, if you ordered a 30-day supply product for $39 while electing to be part of our free Subscribe and Save program, you would automatically be shipped an additional bottle every 30 days after your initial order and charged for $39.  If you order a 3-month or 90 day supply product and elect to Subscribe and Save, you would automatically receive a new shipment every 90 days and charged for the same amount of your initial purchase.  You can cancel anytime.

We guarantee that your price will never go up once you’ve locked it in with our Subscribe and Save program, and will always get first preference when supplies of our in demand products are low.

Changes or Cancellation

If you need or would like to cancel or change your subscription for any reason, please send us an email at support (at) deuxderme.com.  Be sure to request any changes or cancel 3 business days prior to your next auto replenishment order if you don’t need any further supply of the product(s).

Is there a cost to be enrolled in your Subscribe and Save program?
No! Our Subscribe and Save program is complimentary and a great way to save both money and time.   Our enrollees typically save up to 10-25% on each order and are guaranteed first-priority to receive the products when supplies are limited.

Is there any testing of product on animals?
N0! We NEVER test on Animals. At Deux Derme we are vehemently against the inhumane treatment of animals, and believe that successful quality control testing can be done utilizing the latest in laboratory technology. All of our products are Cruelty-Free and Vegan.

Does Deux Derme offer medical advice or replace the opinion of my physician?
No, you should always consult your physician before deciding on any skincare product.

Should my skincare regimen always be coupled with a healthy diet and lifestyle?
Yes, absolutely.  You should always make sure you are eating a recommended healthy diet and lifestyle according to the guidelines of your physician.  Although Deux Derme makes great products that help to reduce the appearance of a variety of skin issues, it’s not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle.  Consult your physician.

If I’m pregnant, can I use your products?
Yes, many of our products have been specifically formulated with pregnant moms in-mind and do not contain known high-risk ingredients.  Be sure to always consult your physician before deciding on any skincare product.
